Terms of use

These terms apply when you use GamePunky (https://gamepunky.com). By playing, creating an account or publishing a game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

GamePunky is a free site where independent creators publish browser games and anyone can play them. It is paid for by advertising. We may change, pause or stop features, and we do not guarantee that every game or the site will always be available or free of bugs.

Who can use it

The site is made for players aged 12 and up. You need to be at least 14, or the age of digital consent in your country, to create an account, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account.

Community rules

When you pick a username, rate a game, comment or publish, do not:

• harass, bully, threaten or insult anyone, or post hateful, sexual or graphically violent content;
• share anyone's personal information, including your own address or phone number;
• upload games, art, music or names you do not have the right to use, or copies of well-known games and characters;
• include malware, crypto miners, trackers, hidden links, ads or anything that collects players' data in a game;
• cheat the leaderboards or ratings, or try to break or overload the site.

Publishing a game

You keep the rights to the games you publish. By uploading one, you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, run, display and promote it on GamePunky (for example as a cover on the home page) while it stays published, and you confirm you have the rights to everything in it. Every new game and build is checked by our moderators before it goes live, and we can refuse or remove a game, ratings or comments that break these terms. You can withdraw your game at any time from the Studio.

Reporting a problem

Use the Report button on a game or comment, or email hello@dockialabs.com. If you think a game uses your work without permission, tell us which game, what work, and how to reach you; we will review it and remove the game if the claim holds.

Accounts we close

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, especially to protect younger players. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy policy).

Responsibility

Games are made by their creators, not by us, and are provided as they are. We moderate them in good faith but cannot guarantee that they are free of mistakes. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence. If we change them in a way that matters, we will update the date above and say so on the site.
